OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOU
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your visit to our Site and purchase(s) from us. We are committed to helping you in any way that we can to ensure that your hat buying experience, whether on-line, over the phone, or in our store, is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Though we’d like to believe that our execution of orders is perfect, from time to time we do make mistakes. It is in those mistakes, either ours or yours, that we want to help you in any way that we can to quickly rectify any issues that may arise.
At BeauChapeau, we respect your privacy. We will never sell or distribute your name or personal information to outside parties. Our customer database is kept confidential and will only be used for direct communication between BeauChapeau and you. Upon purchasing at our store, please know that we do not store your credit card information, but rather it is processed through our Shopify SSL (Secure Socket Layering) interface.
The prices on our Site are all quoted in Canadian Dollars and subject to applicable taxes (HST) if you live in Canada and possible duties if you live outside of Canada. All export documents are prepared at the time of shipping and any items that are made in Canada, USA or Mexico are subject to NAFTA and do not incur duty fees.
Due to their shape and size, we cannot ship our BeauChapeau hat boxes. Orders will be packaged in plain cardboard containers.
Arrival times are based on when the order is processed, not when the order is placed.
These are estimates only. Tracking information, with expected delivery date, will be emailed when the order is fulfilled.
Canada Post guarantees all arrival times within Canada. We cannot guarantee orders leaving Canada, as parcels may be subject to customs inspection.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, vacant address, or is not retrieved from closest postal outlet (if applicable), BeauChapeau is not responsible for any paid shipping costs. If order re-send is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase with receipt, for an exchange within 30 days or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- All returned products must be in new and unused condition with tags attached.
- Prior to returning an item, call or email to obtain a Return Authorization #. Any item without a R.A.# will be refused.

- All returns will be credited back to the original tender type (this includes gift cards).
- All sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned.
- Shipping cost are not subject to refunds.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed.
