This little number is made from rose patterned wool felt, and is handcrafted by Lilliput Hats in Toronto. A classic top hat with a modern twist, this cocktail piece features an angular top hat crown and gently sloped brim, with a black feather burst at the back. Finished with a layer of black netting that swoops down across the eye line for some added dramatic flare. The thin elastic tucked behind the head helps to keep this piece securely in place.
