In 2010, in Cuba, I met a guy with a great hat - he was from Ontario. He told me he got it at Beau Chapeau , , , so when I got home, I made the drive from Kingston, ON, to NOTL and picked up an equally awesome hat. That hat went on, over the next 10 years, to become my "Festival Hat" - if there's outdoor music, it's been my hat of choice. Since then, I've bought other hats, accessories, etc. All great, and excellent service. Now, I've got an (almost) identical hat to my Festival Hat - it'll be a smooth and gradual transition. That first hat has given me 10 years of service in the most unreasonable conditions, and is still my favourite, but it's time to hang it on a wall in homage. The newest addition is the same quality, with the same expectations. One other thing . . . I ordered this hat during Covid, and it arrived, in style, in under one week. Unbelievab le service!
